“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”

Mahatma Gandhi

I believe that in every child there is a unique set of talent and potential. They are blessed with their own special individuality and under the right guidance and opportunities, they can blossom into wonderful individuals. We, at North East Public School, are committed to inculcate the best possible education to our students, and to nurture them and their potential so that they become good human beings and responsible citizens in the society. Our desire is to see every child in NEPS grow up to be successful and happy in life.

Our approach to learning is always child-centric.We believe that “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all” and therefore, we give the children the space to bring out their best in every field - be it Academics, Sports, Cultural, Literary or other activities. The school believes that the goal of education should be to make the world a better place. It is therefore the school’s mission to foster resilient, reflective and compassionate learners. Thus, besides academics, the school provides extra curricular activities such as art, music, debate, dance, drama, yoga and other sports activities. With the progress of Science and Technology, the educational needs of today has become different from those of the past. Therefore, our priorities are also to equip the students with every possible skill required to face the challenges of the future. For this the students are provided with a stimulating and purposeful environment. But above all we always try to instil love and faith in themselves in order to achieve their goals.

The primary educator of a child is his parents. Once the child starts schooling, his education becomes the shared responsibility of the school as well as the parents. So the consistent support of the parents in this regard becomes the strengthening power which enables the school to mould the future of the child. Let me take this opportunity to also pay my gratitude to all the parents for their support and showing their continuous faith in us. I would like to conclude with the words of John Dewey - “Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself.”
